These Terms of Use apply to BalluTravels.com (the “Website”), a brand of Ballu Services & Marketing, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India (“BalluTravels”, “we”, “us”). By using the Website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. What we offer

  • Flight and hotel search through tools provided by third-party booking partners.
  • Visa facilitation — help with documents, forms and appointments.
  • Travel information — guides, tips and blog articles.

2. Flight and hotel bookings

Flight and hotel bookings are made directly with the airline, hotel or booking partner you choose. Your contract, payment, ticket or voucher, changes, cancellations and refunds are handled by that company under its own terms. BalluTravels is not a party to that booking. Prices and availability are set by partners and can change at any time until your booking is confirmed. We may earn a commission from partners — see our Affiliate Disclosure.

3. Visa facilitation

  • We are a facilitation service, not an embassy, consulate or government agency.
  • Visa decisions are made only by the embassy or consulate. We cannot guarantee approval or processing times.
  • Our service fee and government/embassy fees are told to you separately before you pay. Government and embassy fees are set by them and are usually non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for the documents and information you give us being true, complete and genuine.
  • Because our fee covers work already done, it is generally not refundable once we have started preparing your application, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

4. Information on the Website

We work hard to keep our guides accurate, but travel rules, visa requirements, fees and prices change often. Content on the Website is general information, not legal or official advice. Always confirm current requirements with the airline, hotel or embassy before you travel.

5. Using the Website

Please do not misuse the Website — for example by submitting false enquiries, attempting to hack or overload it, or copying our content without permission. We may block access for anyone who misuses the Website.

6. Intellectual property

The BalluTravels name, logo, design and original content belong to Ballu Services & Marketing. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy or republish our content without written permission.

7. Third-party websites

The Website links to partner and other third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, services, prices or privacy practices.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, BalluTravels is not liable for losses caused by third-party bookings, airline or hotel changes, embassy decisions, or reliance on general information on the Website. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the service fee you paid us for the service concerned.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
