BalluTravels.com (“BalluTravels”, “we”, “us”) is a brand of Ballu Services & Marketing, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your choices. We handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. What we collect

  • Details you give us: your name, WhatsApp/phone number, email, destination, travel dates and any message you send through our forms, WhatsApp or email.
  • Visa documents: if you use our visa service, the documents and information needed for your application (for example passport details, photos, bank statements, travel plans).
  • Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and referring website, collected through cookies and analytics tools.
  • Security data: IP address and technical logs used to protect the website from spam and attacks.

We do not collect card or payment details for flight and hotel bookings — those are entered directly on our partners’ websites.

2. Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and help with your flight, hotel or visa needs
  • To prepare and submit visa applications you ask us to handle
  • To send you travel deals on WhatsApp or email, only if you ask for them — you can stop anytime
  • To understand how visitors use the website and improve it

3. Cookies, analytics and partners

We use Google Analytics (via Google Site Kit) to understand website traffic. Our flight and hotel search tools are provided by affiliate partners, including Travelpayouts; when you use them or click through, these partners may set their own cookies to show results and track bookings. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without them. Please read our partners’ own privacy policies when you book on their websites.

4. Who we share data with

  • Embassies, consulates and official visa centres — only for visa applications you ask us to make
  • Service providers who help us run the website and communications (for example hosting, email, WhatsApp, analytics)
  • Authorities when required by law

We never sell your personal data.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to help you and for up to 24 months afterwards, and visa documents only as long as needed for your application and any legal or record-keeping requirement. Then we delete or anonymise them.

6. Security

The website uses HTTPS (SSL) encryption, a security firewall and regular backups. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

7. Your rights
